The number of beds is an obvious factor, but the distance from Marazion town centre, the beaches, the A394 (the main road passing just by Marzion and the main way of getting to the town) and whether there are other other facilities like a cleaning or maid service, a washing machine and dryer, an oven and microwave, a dishwasher, several bathrooms, toilets, shower rooms, and so on...
Also, you have to find out, how remote is your holiday cottage? You might want somewhere peaceful away from the sound of the town, or you may want a cottage that is nearer to the bustling centre.
